I Know How Difficult it is to Live With the Fear of Being Your True Self

This fear can be all-consuming, affecting your relationships, your work, and your overall sense of well-being. You may feel like you’re constantly hiding or pretending to be someone you’re not, and this can take a significant toll on your mental health.

I know what it’s like to be afraid of your own shadow. To be afraid to stand up for yourself.  To want to please others to avoid rejection & prevent old painful wounds from being triggered. It’s exhausting, soul-destroying and it sucks!
